I was charged for work that I didn't ask for. Your service advisor use manipulation to upcharge my ticket. I would never have had my door hinges and my latches oiled or greased. I did not approve that. You must do better

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevy Traverse LT. I’m pleased with the vehicle and satisfied with the deal overall, but the experience wasn’t perfect. The Vehicle: The Traverse LT is exactly what I needed. It’s spacious, comfortable, and well-designed for a growing family. I added the Foresight Extended Warranty and a $1,000 service package. I put $25,000 down and financed the rest through Navy Federal at 4.5% for 48 months. From a financial and practical standpoint, I feel confident in my purchase. The Disappointment: What was disappointing was how the final part of the process was handled. I had built a solid relationship with the sales representative over multiple conversations. He knew my background, my needs, and my timeline. After all that, I was handed off without explanation to someone else for the closing steps. There was no proper transition or courtesy heads-up. It made the end of the experience feel impersonal and disconnected—especially after establishing trust. Final Thoughts: The vehicle is great. The deal was fair. But the customer experience could have ended much better. A strong relationship was built, but the follow-through was lacking. For future customers, and for the dealership’s growth, I hope this is something they take seriously. The final impression matters just as much as the first.

I talked to Raul and he said it should only take about an hour to service my truck and it was just alittle over an hour. That was great bc sometimes an hour turns into 2 or more.

Everything was great on TWO vehicle purchases, the only complaint is that the salesman on both purchases fast talk and make promises and don’t follow through, both salesman promised us a cap and didn’t follow through, the other one on the 22 model also promised that he would have floor mats waiting for me when we came back to do some paperwork. Neither followed through and that’s a big deal with me.if it wasn’t for that a 5 star would not have been good enough.

Travis Sulter was great. He was pretty straightforward on my servicing options and working hard to try and lower the price on an expensive repair with a transmission replacement. I would go back to Elgin for servicing for convenience and quick turnaround in service. The only question I do have is, during the discussion of installing a cooler bypass valve they stated they would install an aftermarket, which would help drop the temperature of the transmission during use. Well in the paperwork it shows one installed but I don’t know what they installed. Is it the newer GM version that should make it run better from the GM Bulletin or a specific aftermarket one. This is the only thing I would want clarified, since I don’t want to run into an issue with the transmission down the road in some years.

Ease of making appointment, was little early but went ahead and got me in right away. Great job of getting oil change, tire rotation and in and out.

Working with Raul Lopez was great. He was quick to investigate my concerns and very informative about how the process would be. The only issue I have (with GM) is that the problem I was having with the shakey driver side mirror still persists and there's no solution available. Seems a bit like a safety issue but is being addressed more like a cosmetic issue.

I was able to come into the dealership and relay just what my intentions were. There was no pressure placed upon me. I was free to walk the lot to view the inventory for what exactly I was looking for.

The car works fine now, and they did a great job fixing it, but the alot of the times I was promised a call back. I never got one. I had to call myself to get updates on my car. Not until 3 weeks I actually got a phone call from the dealership with updates on my vehicle and the repair process.

I went in for a recall for serial data module update. While there I explained to the service manager that my 2023 Trail Boss 5,3L was not getting good gas milage with an average of 12 city and 17 hwy. The recall was done very quickly and truck returned. I am 20 miles from the dealership and noticed that my milage while driving home went up to 21.9 mpg. Now after a few days my average city driving milage is 17. I'm not sure what was done but it sure increased my fuel milage to what my window sticker said that I should be getting.

Outstanding service!

Had 5 recalls taken care of in 4 hours, of the 5 the two that involved labor I need to have a follow up for. The new trailer brake switch has chipped and bubbled paint. (A parts issue) And the tailgate switch is installed correctly but the technician broke a screw off in the tailgate cover and no one informed me, I found it days later.

Rush is the best. First the customer service was a 20+. They do not judge your circumstances. They work with working class families. They actually relate to your circumstances. Mr. Lopez he is an angel. Him, his manager and the whole team went to work for us. I came in not knowing if we would be able to get a car but as the process was going on my not knowing came to knowing because of their smiles and excitement. He checked on us to make sure we were comfortable. This team was the best. How they worked together was family type environment. They cherish their customers. I have been to many car dealerships but Rush is the top tier best. And the way they was so understanding with the kids was another plus. And we was not in there too long another plus. I was very pleased with the service I received while purchasing a new vehicle. I wasn't able to make it into the dealership due to an injury, but my salesperson, Geo, made everything easy. We handled 90% by phone and he even delivered the vehicle to me. He went over everything that was needed from me and made sure I knew my options. I never felt pressured, but he was there to help and answered all calls or texts quickly and got information back to me when he said he would.
